Tracks Apartments

Located in the Freight House Development District of Kansas City, MO, Tracks Apartments included approximately 200 units of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units and a 261-space parking garage. Tracks Apartments is the first of several planned development projects in the district.

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided civil engineering services including site grading, site layout, parking garage design, water service lines, sanitary sewer service lines, exterior storm sewer system design, and streetscape within public right-of-way. T&B also provided rezoning and platting services.
